How to reach Service Tech Select with a correction, a question, a product suggestion, a privacy request, or a vendor enquiry.
Reach us by email: contact@servicetechselect.com
There is no contact form here, and no phone number. One inbox, monitored by the site’s operator. A subject line that starts with one of these gets to the right place faster:
Correction:something on a page is wrong or out of dateProduct suggestion:a product or a workflow we should be testingVendor update:a change to your product, or a test account for evaluationPrivacy request:access, correction, deletion, or a privacy complaintGeneral question:anything else
Do not send passwords, access keys, payment details, customer records or other sensitive information by email.
Corrections come first
If something on this site is wrong or out of date, tell us and we will check it. Include the page address and, where you can, a link to the current vendor information. Corrections are the highest priority in this inbox. When a fact is corrected, its verification date is updated to the date it was rechecked; the page’s updated date also changes, and unrelated facts do not receive a new date unless they were rechecked too. What we do with a correction, and how, is set out in our editorial policy.
Suggest a product or a workflow
If a product should be in our testing and is not, or a workflow we run does not match how your trade actually operates, we want to hear it. That feedback shapes what we test next. The most useful messages say:
- your trade and company size;
- the workflow or problem the software has to handle;
- the software you use now, and what it does not handle;
- no customer-identifying data.
For vendors
We are happy to hear from software vendors about a factual correction, a change to your product, or a test account for evaluation.
To save both of us time, some things are settled: we do not accept payment for coverage, for placement in a list, or for a positive verdict; we do not publish sponsored or guest posts; and we do not remove an unfavourable finding because a commercial relationship exists. An affiliate relationship has no effect on where a product ranks, for reasons explained in our affiliate disclosure.
Do not email credentials. If you offer a test account, use a vendor-controlled invitation or provisioning process. Providing access does not guarantee coverage or a favourable result, and any material benefit used in research is disclosed on the page that relies on it.
For a factual correction, the fastest route is: the exact source URL, the effective date of the change, the plans and markets it affects, a named contact for clarification, and, where relevant, your permission terms for screenshots or test evidence. Corrections from vendors are treated exactly like corrections from anyone else: send the evidence and we will verify it.
What to expect
We are a small operation. We prioritize corrections but cannot guarantee a reply or a publication timeline for every message.
